The Baby Jogger City Mini stroller handles and steers as easily as any of the best compact umbrella stroller we've evaluated. It rides on EVA tires, with sealed ball bearings in the wheels to ensure no grit or dirt slows down your ride. With the front shock absorber, your child will appreciate how bumps are smoothed out.
Baby Jogger's patented quick-fold technology has been incorporated into the City Mini stroller. It collapses in a single easy step, and the folded size is quite manageable.
Sun protection is another area where the Baby Jogger City Mini really stands out in its class. The sun canopy provides excellent coverage, better than nearly all compact umbrella strollers.
The reclining seat on the Baby Jogger City Mini stroller can go down to 150 degrees, and the seat comfort is very good. When reclined, select between a weather guard (wind/rain protection) or a mesh ventilation panel on nicer days. Padded 5-point safety harnesses ensure that your child will be securely strapped.
With a tall, rounded handlebar and good legroom for pushing, we've found that the City Mini stroller is a very good choice for small to tall parents.
The Baby Jogger City Mini looks similar to an all-terrain stroller, but it is designed to be used on sidewalks, in malls and stores, and other even surfaces... like any other standard stroller. The City Mini will not push easily over rough terrain.
Storage on the City Mini is good, with an under-seat basket and large mesh pocket on the back of the seat.
