At only 7 pounds in a fairly compact storage bag, it's only a quarter of the weight of portable playpens and much easier to carry.

The inflatable air mattress protects from hard surfaces, and slips into its own sleeve so it's safe and secure.

The KidCo PeaPod Plus is great for outdoors, with flaps on each side that provide UV protection, yet they can all be rolled up for nice ventilation through the mesh panels that remain.

Large zipper panels give parents quick access to infants or easy entrance/exit for older kids.

The manufacturer recommends birth to age 5. We think it'll likely be tight for the average 5 year old, but it should have no problem comfortably fitting 3-4 year olds.
